Welcome to episode 54 of the Lesbian Book Club with Clare Lydon as she interviews UK author Jenn Matthews. Jenn is famed for her crochet skills, as well being the author of two books to date: “Hooked On You” and “The Words Shimmer.” Jenn talks about writing fanfic, especially Berena from Holby City, and how her novels explore life’s ‘invisible people’, who she hopes to shine a light on with her fiction. Her first two books included crochet and dyslexia. Her upcoming novels focus on mental health, pregnancy and addiction. Jenn lives in England’s South West with her wife, dog and cat.  

Clare also does a run-down of the Amazon Lesbian Fiction charts in the US & UK. She talks about what she’s been up to, including launching Made In London, book six in the London Romance Series; launching the audiobook of You’re My Kind; and commissioning audiobooks for A Taste of Love and Made In London.
