JD and Denise catch up over drinks while waiting for a guest who kind of....doesn't show up. JD reveals that she's bought into the whole Peloton thing and ordered one, which disgusts Denise, who thinks they are just a garbage "status" symbol. Denise tells JD about the time her friend ordered hot chocolate in a pub and how it was served. To view this show on our YouTube Channel, click this link.

JD is on the 100 proof Knob Creek after technology challenges, Denise tops an iced Irish coffee made with Jameson's Cold Brew with whipped cream as her tasty treat for the BIG news with Tyler, our Memphis mixologist, who's back from his U.K. trip to London and Glasgow, visiting his fiancé. Tyler describes the moment he chose to propose to Emily, in the Scottish Highlands on Isle of Skye. Making JD jealous of the Hallmark romance scenario, he explains how it inspired his whiskey, coffee cocktail, The Highland Sunrise. Denise has a chat with Joe Galliano of Queer Britain, a charity organisation that's steadily raising the funds for Britain's first Queer Museum! Joe tells us about the "Madame F" Art Award happening now- what it is, a little about the judges, the phenonmenal prize package and what's in store as the company moves toward an actual brick and mortar building. Please visit Queer Britain and think about donating, helping to fund raise, submitting art or getting involved.  To view our show on your YouTube Channel, click this link.

Tyler, our house mixologist from the super cool Memphis cocktail bar scene, joins us with a drink he's created for JD's birthday, featuring some of her favourites: rum and rye. BUT, our guy Tyler painstakingly smoked and grilled some exotic fruits and infused the spirits before adding some liquers and a dash of fresh lime before giving it a few hippy, hippy shakes and pour over ice - boom- the Jetsam At the Dock is created! JD and Denise have a fantastic chat with Miami's Marky G, long time disc jockey, host, presenter and the main juggler of all things for the annual LGBTQ+ Film Festivals. We discuss this year's OutShineFilm Festival - going on NOW-and what it means to the community, running for 24 years in Miami and 13 years in Fort Lauderdale. Mark talks about how the festivals have evolved, what you can expect this year and how they've adapted during these Covid times. Denise and Mark reminisce a bit about how Mark gave Denise her start as a presenter over 20 years ago on an FM dance music station Party 93.1 when it was unheard of for a gay radio talk show to be on your radio.
