For the interview section Clare puts herself in the hot seat, revealing her take on 2021, along with her plans for 2022. She might be stopping this podcast, but she plans to fill her time writing more lesbian romance novels, producing more audiobooks and getting her stories translated around the globe.

JD and Denise catch up over drinks while waiting for a guest who kind of....doesn't show up. JD reveals that she's bought into the whole Peloton thing and ordered one, which disgusts Denise, who thinks they are just a garbage "status" symbol. Clare Lydon, successful British lesbian fiction writer, who has hosted "The Lesbian Book Club" for the last five years right here on this audio feed - joins Denise for chat to look back on these past years, as she bids farewell to her podcast time here at MyLesbianRadio. Her last show will be in December, and we discuss how the show evolved, some of her fan girl moments with other authors, and what she'll do with her time. International singer and songwriter Jessi Campo drops in on us from Miami, on her way to New Orleans. JD celebrates with some spicy rum, while Denise goes for a hard apple cider with a Fireball floater on top. Jessi tells us about the EEIM (Eastern European Independent Movies) Award for her single "LeGrimas Negras", as well as being thrilled her music has been used in the Amazon Prime series "Gentrified", plus she talks about her career and the influences of her Latin parents. JD and Denise have a fantastic chat with Miami's Marky G, long time disc jockey, host, presenter and the main juggler of all things for the annual LGBTQ+ Film Festivals. We discuss this year's OutShineFilm Festival - going on NOW-and what it means to the community, running for 24 years in Miami and 13 years in Fort Lauderdale. Mark talks about how the festivals have evolved, what you can expect this year and how they've adapted during these Covid times. Denise and Mark reminisce a bit about how Mark gave Denise her start as a presenter over 20 years ago on an FM dance music station Party 93.1 when it was unheard of for a gay radio talk show to be on your radio. A long time friend of JD joins the ladies and we had a great time talking to Patti Davila, a cruise ship singer who's career was docked by COVID, so she re-invented herself during lockdown and became a real estate agent, staying afloat during lockdown. Now that venues are re-opening, she's back to singing and still selling real estate! Such an inspiration- wait until you hear about how she weaves philanthropy through her music, doing all kinds of fundraisers also, her journey with her husband, Jozay is really special.
